Season's Greetings 2024

Wishing all our patients a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful new Year!

Thank You

A huge thank you for your custom and support over this last year. 2024 has been another busy year for our practice. We have seen a rise in referrals from several sources, patients themselves, family members, community support workers, case managers, consultants, GPs and direct hospital referrals. We have welcomed new team members. This has enabled us to offer specialist assessments and treatments in a wider range of specialist medical fields.

Our business has gone from strength to strength and we are looking forward to treating more patients in 2025, assisting them on their road to recovery or with their overall health and wellbeing. We have helped many patients in 2024, those recovering from surgery and hospital stays to those who have received new diagnoses of chest and neurological conditions. We have prevented many from being admitted into hospital, keeping them in their familiar home environment.

Christmas is the time of the year where we all try and spend time with our families and friends, reminding ourselves of what really matters in a busy and sometimes complicated life. We say try to not worry about your exercises and routine, enjoy yourselves! Once you recommence your exercises you may feel you have regressed. This will turnaround quickly once you are back to normal routine.

We would ask that you keep moving little and often. Whether that’s playing with the grandchildren, offering to stand and wash up, having a dance, playing games or pulling crackers!

‘At Christmas play and make good cheer, for Christmas comes but once a year (Thomas Tusser poet 1573)’
