What our clients say…
We see P regularly about twice a week. Yesterday we arrived and she was still at the table and she said she wanted to walk with me and a carer plus frame over to the conservatory to sit in a chair. Very impressed, obviously, slow and she is still very anxious but we were delighted. We always ask her each week how her physio is going and she explains whats she’s done. So thank you very much Kylie for all your help, expertise and patience to get her to where she is now.

Rachel, I just wanted to thank you so very much for the help you gave me. You were like a breath of fresh air after I had my stroke- so practical, warm and positive. You were reassuring and encouraging, always seeming to know just what to say and do to help me. Your practical tips made a huge difference to my enjoyment of my daughter’s wedding and I often remind myself of things you said. When I walk each day I remind myself to squeeze those lemons! I appreciate everything you did and wish you every success and enjoyment in your continuing work. Your patients/clients are very lucky to have you!

My Mum, age 84, had a severe stroke in June 2019, leaving her with considerable aphasia, and a wheelchair user with extensive right sided weakness but Rachel Ready has proven to be the most caring and wonderfully effective physiotherapist for her. Rachel has been dedicated and enthusiastic throughout, not only supporting a very determined mum enabling her to progress, but also supporting the family throughout a very difficult time during two lockdown periods. I highly recommend Rachel.

Just wanted to say that after only two visits from Rachael I am feeling so very much better. This is the first time in a long time that I have felt this well and in control. Congratulations and thank you to you all for having a system that does work.

Suzanne arranged for Sarah to visit my Mum in East Hanningfield. After Sarah's visits Mum has really benefited. She has been such a credit to you and your firm. Thank You.
Mr H.
I just wanted to write a short note to both the physiotherapists who visited my mum and helped her so much. The transformation is amazing and in such short time. Three months ago I would never have imagined mum would be walking as well as she is now and she is so much happier.
She is continuing with the exercises and has a new lease of life now that she has no pain. It’s great to see.

I’d just like to say thank you to both Rachel and yourself for your support throughout mum’s ill health this summer. She’s come out the other-side and Rachel has helped us through this and to build mum’s confidence back up again. The support Rachel gave us in recent months has been invaluable and she was able to build a great rapport with mum. I’m very glad I made that call to you and that we were able to tap into your expertise’

“My mother originally sourced my local home based physio for me through speaking with Suzanne at Chelmsford Physiotherapy Services who advised us of a lady, Clare, who she works with that she felt would be a suitable Bobath physio to help with my needs/condition. I have been having Clare as my home based one to one physio for a few years now, and she has simply changed my life for the better with her Bobath physio expertise and wide knowledge of physio in general, rehabilitation & neurological conditions… she has provided me with advice along the way as well as any adaptations or things to buy to help improve my condition in any way possible. Having my one to one Bobath physio sessions with Clare has helped me to become stronger both physically & mentally. The sessions have helped me to improve both my core strength and body posture also and we are always looking to progress even more. Clare will work on all areas that you feel need attention, e.g for me I have good and bad days with my Cerebal Palsy, and so bodily I may have a particular area that needs more focus I.e. My shoulders, hip or neck Having a local home based physio works great for me as my physio sessions take place In the comfort of my own home which means after I can just relax and there's no need to travel, which means less stress. Clare is a lovely lady, very friendly and understanding… I have built up a great client relationship with her. She comes strongly recommended and so does Chelmsford Physiotherapy Services.”

“After much research trying to find a home physio for my daughter Sophena for quite a long time ago I was lucky enough to come across Suzanne locally which was a bonus. Physio had to be Bobath based which it is and the understanding of neurological conditions which it is. Sophena has cerebral palsy and Clare, who is her physio, visits her at her home locally and just to say her care and knowledge is outstanding; the fact that she visits your home is a bonus too which causes less stress. Clare is lovely and the progress and outcome is brilliant I have seen a great improvement in Sophena since she started with Clare, and the fact it is on a one to one basis and you get to know the physio personally which puts you at ease. Can't recommend the company or Clare enough they come highly recommended.”

We have retained Suzanne Maddison for over four years to maintain and improve my 84 year old wife’s walking and mobility issues. We have always been impressed with her professionalism and skill base but in addition we find her to be a veritable tonic for both of us – such a positive and cheerful approach. She also retains an excellent relationship with relevant consultants and GPs and is very supportive. We are delighted to recommend her.

“I have been seeing Rachel of Maddison Health Ltd for two years and must tell you what a great help she has been to me. I am confident that the exercises she has given me have helped me. She knows just what is needed. In addition, Rachel is a charming and genuine young woman. I have every confidence in her.”

“Our family are very grateful to Rachel because she is encouraging and positive, and Mum always benefits from her visits. Rachel treats her with kindness and respect, which relaxes her, and then she gently finds out what has been happening, her current state of health and whether exercises have been done. Mum doesn't always remember if she has had any health incidents between visits, so Rachel and I have an understanding that we will exchange emails if there is any information of help to each other. After Rachel has talked to Mum, she will give her a recap if necessary, introduce new exercises and make helpful suggestions. Apart from her initial visit, Rachel sees Mum on her own, because she likes to be independent. Mum is quite feisty and has a mind of her own, even if her body is frailer now. She will listen to Rachel and follow her advice (whereas she doesn't always take ours).Rachel is a positive influence as well as a good physiotherapist with a solid understanding of falls rehabilitation, osteoporosis and COPD needs. Many thanks.”
